Pick any 3 × 3 miles of the US and we rebuild it in 3D from lidar: the terrain to the metre, the forest tree by tree, avalanche slope angles and any mapped trails. Study it, mark out your skin track and your lines, and ski it before you go.
A model shows terrain, not conditions: no avalanche danger, closures or hazards. Check your local avalanche forecast, and travel with training, partners and the right gear.
